Topic: Is it ethnocentric for a popular superhero to be Captain America?

I don't see Captain Britain getting any love.

I've heard that Captain Britain used to be quite popular in the UK, back in like the 80s or 90s. Marvel had a specific UK branch that published his comics over here.

I understand he sometimes pops up in Marvel's modern comics too, as a character of some importance. But yes, he's nowhere near Captain America. Don't expect Mr. Braddock to get a movie.

I wouldn't go that far when every hero and their mother seems to be getting a major motion picture nowadays.
Ex. Ant-Man (and Wasp)

Actually I suppose he could be a minor side character. Like that Falcon guy in Captain America.

But still, a standalone movie for a fairly obscure hero seems somewhat unlikely.

I think the Falcon is set to get his own movie actually.

There isn't a Falcon movie in the officially announced line-up, which stretches into 2019. That must be a rumour.

Did we ever have Baals? I understand that those were more of an middle eastern thing, back in the bible times.

This sentence seems to be missing a crucial verb.
