I was never pleased with how On put himself down for being Chinese - or he massive use of ChinkaEnglish but I had to overlook it cause he is a good guy with a good heart.

You go into the store and look around. Maybe buy some gum. Maybe say this is not for me on a regular basis.
Now about rules and legal content. Most stores that stick around and have lots of customers also have ambience. One can have the same merchandise, with prices being equal, but the surviving popular store has that special Ambience.
You as a user of that store as well as one of the key managers have to admit the traffic continued to decrease over time. I for sure do not blame you. As a manager you were always more than fair to me on a personal basis. The same can be said of On Its just kinda sad the Ambience over time degraded. Just one persons opinion.
