If this Whopper is Burger King’s definition of “Angriest,” I’d like to point them to my mother’s reaction when I stuffed a bag of Ritz Bitz in our VCR as a child. The only real heat comes from the four jalapeño slices, which are spicy and somewhat sour. I tried the bun separately, and if there is hot sauce baked in, I definitely couldn’t taste it. The angry onion petals are soggy and limp, but actually quite tasty. They reminded me of a slightly spicier version of Burger King’s onion rings. The angry sauce is undetectable for the most part. It seemed to have mixed with the mayo, and the little taste I could pick up was more sweet (almost like barbecue sauce) than spicy.

Nope. I want my burgers mostly regular. If I want heat its Mexican or Indian curry heat.
Quality juicy meat needs not all that much in addition. As Ian Pike so wisely said:

Fast food restaurants really need to do something about this problem. The burgers always look sexy in promotional material but when you take delivery of the burger, it's some lopsided sloppy mess that looks like Chris Farley sat on it.

You might be able to get BK on false advertising. The picture CLEARLY shows romaine but the actual product has iceberg lettuce.

I haven't heard of that before but if you say so and theoretically you might be right, you might be sold a gram filled with rat poison but I haven't heard of that and I think you would notice before any damage is done.
I still think eating fast food several times a week or more is more damaging than snorting a gram or two per month.

You need to get out of the idea that the best sandwiches are purchased. You can make godly sandwiches at home with freshly baked bread, mature chedder and other organic ingredients from most supermarkets.

I do make my own. It takes going to a super quality deli for the fixings. WOT is hard to get is the best of breads - Usually one has to travel some distance for just the bread.
For sure I can make a more much more better burger at home and far more often do. Italian Subs? Usually I just get them made to order.

Can only comment on UK prices but getting ingredients can be cheaper providing you plan to make regualr sandwiches. Like a large block of mature chedder if between £2 and £4, bag of wild rocket is £1, tomatoes, bread and salad isnt too much. I get good Parma ham or Serrano ham at a decent price but then it doesnt have to travel accross the atlantic ocean but I imagine the US has good cured ham.

Usually - hummmmmmm ALWAYS - If I am going to use beef I do not mix it with other meats. I want to taste the beef.
I also use that rule for Pastrami and Corn beef. Both with no cheese. Ham with Turkey is ok. But usually I want all turkey. Come to think of it. At home its usually just one meat at a time.
If I make two beef sandwich's - one will have horseradish on and the other not. I can make a better Pastrami or Corn beef at home.

I said "Parma ham or topside" not both meats and turkey is a bland white meat that has no place in a good sandwich, if you insist on using a white meat in a sandwich that isn't pork you should use goose.
