I've been doing this the past few days. Unsweetened Yamamotoyama brand sencha loose leaf green tea. This is the equivalent of twelve cups a day. They say green tea is healthy but I don't really feel any healthier yet. When do the antioxidants kick in??

I like the taste but also the health aspect. If I wanted to outlive Syntax I'd read Electrical Engineering for Dummies and take swing dancing courses.

Eat more vegetables instead

I've been doing that too. I've been eating mainly just chicken and vegetables. I need to lose weight and get healthy, it's really starting to take a toll on my health. I'm really trying to kick the chicken fried steak, brandy, malt liquor, and hostess fruit pie diet.
It's hard because I'm used to eating two deep fried meals a day and half a bottle of brandy.

I doubt it could hurt. Green tea is light on caffeine and has essentially zero calories. I've been drinking over a gallon of black tea each day for years.

On average, how many times per hour do you need to urinate?

He probably misplaced the decimal point.

No need to go bitchy on me. Perhaps he meant to say..I drink .1 or more gallons a day.

Then he should have said just under a pint. Thanks.

I do not expect people here to type in text at a PhD level. I expect it to be at least a little abouve Syntax's level of English.

Four fifths of a pint, to be exact. This is not PhD level knowledge.

Probably not a good time to bring up someone who drinks five epic shots of liquor. Hydrates and then dehydrates himself.

It's iced tea, so it's watered down a bit. That's really only four 32 ounce drinks over the course of a whole day.
