lol seriously. If he drops a bag of weed on the ground and says to an undercover cop "oops I think you dropped that", the cop isn't gonna go "Damn I guess I did!". He is going to arrest the dealer, the bag is going to have the dealer's fingerprints on it, and the cop will testify that he saw the dealer drop the bag. This is like those retarded people who flee the cops and then during a car chase throw out bags of drugs in order to "dispose" of the evidence. Hint: if the cops can physically collect the evidence you haven't gotten rid of it retard.

I was all with you until the end. Throwing drugs out of a car isn't the worst idea in the word, presuming you're going to be arrested regardless. Don't start throwing weed out thr window because you have a glaring taillight.

Protip: let the narcotics disperse from the bag before you let go of it. Making a right turn to pull over obscures the drivers side from a patrol car behind you.
