We live together and he farts in bed and right next to me many many times a day and they stink so bad they make me feel sick and gag. I have asked him to stop and to go into the bathroom or try to change his diet but he refuses to. He says farts are funny and that he can not hold it for even 3 seconds if he feels one coming. I told him its a huge turnoff to me and he says he doesnt care because hes not farting to turn me on. Its going beyong just being gross and now im just finding it disrespectful that he wont even walk to the bathroom right next to our bed to do his farts, i dont want to be smelling his shit dust for the rest of my life its sickening. Am i being unreasonable here?

You have 2 options if you don't plan on leaving him.
1. Eat a lot of what you know gives you smelly farts that is 10 times worst than his.
Exanple: When I eat a day old cold Taco Bell bean burrito, eat beans and cabbage, and follow up with beer, the smell of my farts could knock the fur off any animal within a 2 mile radius of me.
2, Buy a cork, and insert said cork straight up his ass.

The diet is surely the probably here and while it's good to listen to your body, it's not good to listen to somebody else's.
For example I wondered if I was eating too much meat and not enough leafy greens, and changing this seems to have brought things back into balance for me. I would expect that everyone else is different though.
Any joke is probably made out of embarrassment in an attempt to diffuse the situation.
