I don't know if that's quite an AI... Or maybe I'm just reducing its impressiveness because I'm reducing what it does to a simple process.
I guess the qualifier is "can it learn?" which this thing can. Albeit, in a somewhat simple way.
If you had any thoughts in response to this, I would be interested to hear them. Or read them, more accurately.

It did actually learn... first responses and tweets were just meme tier shit and internet slang to make it look kool like "oh rly? what zip are u from rl?" or answering questions with "dunno hbu?" and "not sure".
It became more eloquent and stopped typing u instead you, and started giving answers to questions instead shit.
It was a mix of a Markov chain + bings machine learning that was behind it.
Shame they shut her down. Was fun while it lasted.
