She rushes to aid them while the First Order plans to strike back against the Resistance. The movie will end with the crew, after having been defeated, flying off into the Star Wars equivalent of riding off into the sunset.

How will this tie in with the life restoring properties of Khan's blood that Bones discovered in the last movie? Or are the writers just going to pretend that never happened? It seems like the Resistance would be a bit OP now that they can just undo death with a blood transfusion.
