Belgium is a country. It is next to France. One of the great athletes of Belgium won the Tour de France 5 times. Belgium has been in the news due to pedophilia and terrorism.

The Dirt Poster just keeps upping the ante with these stunts.
I'm telling you, OP, one of these days you'll drop some dirt that you shouldn't have, and heads will roll.

The recent spate of terror attacks in both France and Belgium has much to do with industrial decline in the region that left a large portion of Arab or Berber speaking youth without work! The deep seated xenophobia present in Francophone culture and a history of colonial oppression are also important factors in the alienation of young Muslims in the area! It seems likely, given current economic forecasts and a continually rising tide of nationalism in Europe, that this violence will continue!

I am not sure that your use of exclamation marks suited what your were discussing! It makes it sound like you are excited about a very dangerous and complicated problem! But perhaps you were being deliberately silly!

I'm sure it's a very exciting topic, if you're into it.
Though this excitement somewhat clashes with the prospect of continued Islamic extremism and terrorism.

Terrorism is the bestest. We don't even have a decent definition of the phenomenon, yet we pour billions and billions of dollars into trying to combat it every year!
We all could have overdosed many times over on medical grade heroin with that sort of money! Yet instead of pleasure all we've gotten is the pain and suffering of countless brown people!

It's funny because replace "terrorism" with "consciousness" and it still works.

so it's the french's fault muslims suicide bomb civilians? eh, no, look, in america we're all about alienating and disenfranchising (sp?) our ethnic youths, and yet the worst they do is kill each other. no one here is suicide bombing anyone. just a few school shootings a year is all. so i don't buy this "they made us suicide bomb" becuase of culture bullshit.
no, their culture is all about killing innocents to fulfill selfish goals, that's the problem, not french being culture dicks. the french have always been culture dicks. suicide bombings is a muslim islamic problem, not a french or anyone else problem.
no one makes them suicide bomb except themselves. islam is a terrible, deluded, coopted religion full of violence and terrorism.

That's an overly simplistic and self serving way of viewing things. Terrorism is a social phenomen, and I was noting why it's prevalent in that area of Europe.

only the muslims suicide bomb. that's not an overly simplistic view. it's like pointing out that blacks in america commit more crime. blaming "society" for people making violent choices is... being blind to the actual problem. black culture is violent, muslims are violent. the french aren't going around suicide bombing civilians, the blame sits squarely on muslims and islamic culture.
there are other ways of dealing with alienation than violence, it's a choice, made by them, and the blame doesn't fallon the victims.

don't have to be an expert to see violence for what it is, friend. and as far as islam is concerned violence against civilians is a means to and end. civilian murders are a tool they use to get what they want.
that is wicked. it is evil. it is so wrong that there is no justification for it. not one. and especially not victim blaming.

I just can't get past how you conflate ISIL terrorist attacks with Islamic doctrine? Or how you could say African American culture is one of violence? I just see no evidence for any of what you're saying. Violence is universal. It's not unique to Islam or blacks. You're just being racist and saying 'but it's a fact' when it's not and you're not able to prove it. It's not even something I'm willing to argue about - you're talking nonsense
Sorry squeegee I like you most of the time and don't want to have this conversation with you

okay. but islam is a religion of violence and muslims eat that shit for breakfast. stoning women, acid attacks, suicide bombings.
did you know the president of turkey mentioned bombings in belgium the day before it happened. he quickly corrected himself to say, "bombing is the EU," but it seems like he made a gaff and mistakenly mentioned the bombings before they even happened.
turkey is supppsed to be an ally, yet their president knew about a terror attack before it happened. that's kinda weird, no? weird like how school teachers in belgium tweeted that the muslim kids in class applauded when they heard about the attacks. it weird that their whole culture seems to revel in murder and support violence. it's weird. it's weird that this shit keeps happening and people keep making excuses for them and blaming everyone but the violent extremists and the culture that breeds them.
but i won't keep going on and on about how violent they are and how integration is impossible when people refuse and instead choose murder. i'll stop and just let the coming events and wars prove it for me.
islam is evil. muslims are violent. islam is a religion of hate for a violent and backward culture who make a choice to embrace murder.
