The real inventor of Minichan, Kimmo Alm. He may be a horrible person to most, but he was the true inventor of this software.

To clarify, he invented Anontalk.com which Minichan copied. Anontalk is now dead.

Weeeeell... If you want to get technical, it is Jan Ramon Martin we should be thanking as Minichan's father figure, I think.
It was Jan Ramon Martin who first planted the seeds of what would become the Minichan community. Jan Ramon Martin's website also came before Anontalk, and was what ultimately what inspired Simon Frost and r04r to create this BBS. Indeed, without Jan Ramon Martin making that first move of creating Tinychan, there would simply be no Minichan.
However, Kimmo Johan Alm is still an important figure in Minichan's history, it is true. Kimmo Johan Alm worked tirelessly to promote and amuse our communities, allowing Minichan to flourish into the beautiful flower it is today.

Tinychan originally looked quite different to AT. Then Kimmo found Tinychan, and sent Jan a patronising email about how he thought that Tinychan looked too similar to Anontalk. As a result, Jan changed Tinychan to look even more similar to Anontalk, as a way to piss off Kimmo.

Ha, thought so.
Yeah, Anontalk is long dead. It died as a result of being kicked off of multiple hosts, due to users from here and Tinychan DDoSing and reporting it.
At some point towards the end, somebody bought the anontalk.com domain and redirected it here as in insult to Kimmo.
