They have insurance. The insurance company sued in 2014 for a judgment that they're not responsible, but the parties ended up settling that case.

That was about the settlement between the insurance company and Gawker. I don't know, it's a confidential document. I suspect that the insurance co. is paying the vast majority of the verdict in this case (whatever it ends up being) but have no way to know.
