WTF? Of all the shitholes in all the border USA - OK Yes there are a number of Plus's to TJ buttttttttt REALLY? Not 2many miles South of TJ is Ensenada. In TJ it wood be super hard to show you a photo that is much worth looking at. TJ does remind me of huge amounts of Turkey or Palestine - Yes Much like Palestine. Filthy - One has to use a special map to avoid the filth of TJ.
If you're going for the music well sure its a hot spot at night butttttttt most is also where the HIV infected whores hang in open on streets

Meowth - I post very often the events I am going to attend - Comic Con is probably out of reach for you cause well you no cause - I see the little Italy Sicilian fest has merged in2 the Art or the regular Little Italy Italian fest - In early May its Gator by the Bay - AND AND Have you been to a Greek Festival? Two coming up - One in my Hamlet of Cardiff by the Sea - but b4 that one there is the one in downtown/uptown - Great food - interesting music and 101% chance a cute young girl is going to beg you to hold her hand and join the dancing - Even if she does not all you do is get into the mix on the floor and let nature take place - One does not even have to no how to do the Greek steps cause as u will discover very few do it exactly the same or even close to anything Greek

Watch Zorba the Green movie - Was not even Greek steps cause the star hurt self just prior to film and had to fake it and invent new stuff WHICH is now down often to the fake movie music which has ended up as ALWAYS played at festivals in USA and Greece -

Two Adams Av street fests I do and on occasion the Portuguese festival but its tricky for me cause I need a clone to do that very often. I used to do the Hillcrest Fest but its just ended up wayyyyy to 2 many men on street with hairy chests in dresses if you git my drift.

Yea I sorta remember you saying you once lived in SD. Weddings are always fun. Also the cafe tables right next to the Arch. That is where all the mariachis hang at looking for gigs.
You can go and sit at a table - order chips and salsa and beers on the cheep and its easy to get mariachis to serenade the table for a few bucks.

And I am not trying to totally put down TJ. There are some excellent upscale restaurants that are amazing and inexpensive. A famous Tapas place right next to the old bull fight rink.

Have to ask you. Why did your friend decide to get married in TJ? For sure its got to be a low cost place to get married but its also NO Cost to have a wedding on top of Torrey Pines with this kinda view for free.
