Over the past six years after every election, a relatively common question is why do so many Americans dependably vote against their own self-interests. Despite poor white people in southern red states barely surviving on slave wages, welfare, food stamps, and no adequate healthcare, they routinely vote for Republicans openly campaigning on driving their constituents deeper into poverty. It is true that opposition to Democrats as surrogates for an African American President is driven by racial animus, but even that fails to explain poor white voters electing abusive Republicans promising to eliminate programs that keep them alive and block Democratic attempts to lift them out of poverty.

We've had seven years of a Democratic presidency. If you cryogenically froze someone in 2007 and thawed them out today how would they be able to tell we went from having a Texas conservative to a Chicago liberal in the white house? Oh, right, we got Mitt Romney's healthcare plan.
I'm not dissing Obama, I'm just saying that if Rip Van Winkle fell asleep at the end of Dubya's second term and woke up in this last year of Obama's second term, he'd be hard pressed to find change.

So Missouri may take days or weeks or LONGER to resolve
They have counted all the ballots they have to count. But have to wait for overseas absentee ballots which are legal as long as post mark is by Tue Midnight - AND there is a Law that says when any election is within 1% any candidate is free to ask for a recount. Given both Rep n Demo are fractions of a percent it for sure it going to take a while
