I dull nice razor blades in a single shave.

What am I doing wrong? I can get, at most, two shaves before the cartridge is dull. After three it starts to oxidize.

Don't use them for your pubic hair.

The Stoltz Revolution Razor is the first to use 12 blades (or Tri-Quad™ Technology).

Place them in a Tupperware full of those packs of silica balls after shaving. This will draw away moisture, and prevent oxidation.

I use GF's blow dryer to quick dry the blades. Works great. Blades cannot oxidize in a dry environment. Always put the razor away in a drawer after its cleaned.

Have you tried electric? You can pick up a Philips Norelco travel shaver for $10 at Walgreen's to see if it's something you like without dropping $99 on a fancy one.

For blade shaving I'd use the Bic single blade razor (with the yellow handoes NOT the generic/store brand) and throw it away after 1-2 shaves. I still use these as a touch up for sideburns and the whiskers the Norelco misses. Triple/quad blades pivot heads, and aloe strips are snake oil, imo.

Are you properly treating your face beforehand?

So you are not impressed with the The Stoltz Revolution Razor, the first to use 12 blades (or Tri-Quad™ Technology).
Developed in Germany with Drumpf roots.

It's yuuuuge but it's not gold-plated with a giant TRUMP logo.

Dip your razor in rubbing alcohol after use, and store them in a little jar of oil. Probably baby oil.
That'll keep moisture away, preventing rust.

I really dig the pivot heads, seriously easier to use than the 12-a-pack cheap-ass razors I buy. Hella fewer shaving cuts.

Pivot heads are grate. As far as multiple blades go, more than 3 is just snek oil. I also like the razors with blades on indvidual pivots.

My hand is on a pivot so I just use that and a mirror to maintain a constant angle. Just takes a bit of practice and the Bics are so much cheaper than Gillette/Schick triple blades.

Fuck those pieces of shit, my Braun 3 series has lasted many years!

Edit: @OP what kind of razors do you use?
