What if I wanted to purge multiple users without purging a whole chan though? If I have to single it down to one person, it'd be tough, and purging the chans they frequent wouldn't work since they'd just flock to one of the others. So if I couldn't purge multiple users, I'd purge 4chan, to slow down the spread of cancer.

Probably. I feel like a decent chunk of them would move on, but I'm sure a large number would also migrate to other chans, reddit, voat, imgur, 9fag, etc. I'm thinking that at least the cancer would be less concentrated and more diffuse that way.
