He is begging to have his ban lifted.........

let's unban him and place a ban timer on his posting. so that in a 24 hour period each time he posts it bans him for longer and longer periods. the first post bans him for ten minutes. after that ban is over if he posts again he's banned for 20 minutes. repeat that doubling of ban time for every subsequent post until the ban timer equals the remainder of the 24 hour period at which point he'll be unbanned at midnight and the counter reset.
i suggest this because without fail every single post he makes is deserving of a short ban and the more he posts the more deserving of bans his posts become. so this automatic ban timer system will be the best most even handed way of dealing with bert.

If some sort of 'cooling off' bans could be implemented for specific UIDs, that might not be a bad idea, and it'll make him raeg if nothing else. Full support.
