Because the frontpage displays only 20ish topics in the "Bumps" section.WTF, is this a new feature, is it only me?

I think this behavior was already known, it's happened before in any case. The issue is that the criteria of matching whether a shadowbanned post is shown or not is done in code, not in the SQL query. It should be moved there, and I think that's possible despite the criteria being somewhat complex. So limit 100 (or however many posts are shown) will include those shadowbanned posts which are not actually displayed for the majority of the users.
