Have you ever went to a McDonalds and purposely let your pants fall down around your ankle as you were standing in line to order?
I did it once and I had on Spiderman underwear. I acted like I was so embarrassed as people looked at me and laughed but really I was aroused by the whole thing.

It is used with have or had + a past participle.
