I used to stay in the bushes behind a diner and every day about lunch time they would throw some out. In Arizona the homeless community has a two minute rule for stuff thrown into a dumster. If you grab it before two minutes, it's kewl.

You know there's that "five-second rule" when food is dropped on the floor? That time should probably got down instead of up when the food is being dropped into a dumpster.
