OK here is the real deal.
bert and I have been net buds for almost more years than you have been alive. Its truly sad but I have watched him go very much downhill. Years ago he was shooting Heroin - Then turned to Cocaine - All that time he continued to drink the cheapest hard booze money could buy. However during his sober moments he can be fun. Its just that when he gets drunk he spams/floods a forum - Typical to see him do 4-5-7-9 topics that become impossible to read as he moves in2 passing out dead drunk.
The real problem is that with all the drugs n drinking he is lonely cause no woman is about to connect up with him.
As I said he can be fun. However all those lonely years has forced him to turn to the net trying to connect with a female on the forums he uses. When they reject him and he Drinks he starts with the Rape comments. Have not said this before here or on TC in the Open b4 - When he was last banned as in Permabanned on TC - I worked successfully with the mods to get him unbanned - And Yes I said I new in advance it wood not last. So again he ends up Permabanned.
Now on the plus side - Over the years I have known no one who could get fired n hired n fired n hired so many times. He even owns some investment property. I have photos of it. Confirmed that he owns it. Betting I am the only one who no's his full name.
Nor as much as I try - He will not listen to me about how to stop being banned. It is wot it is.

No - I did go to an event hosted by a Gal a very lovely Gal goes by Sandy at her beach home in the Carolina's. Gathering of people from a 4um and bert had the hots for Sandy. Expected him to be there given how close Tenn is to that event. Never did ask him why he failed to attend.
But geeeeesh yes I have met many over the years from net at events I attend. I almost always tell people where I am going to be. So many festivals and on occasion someone will come over and introduce selves - I tried to talk Falco into coming to the December Nights event where I new in advance a lot of Cos-playing Gals wood be. I can only dance with one at a time and thought Falco might show in Fox outfit and I could offload a few his way. Its also not rocket science to get my exact address given I am the ONLY direct next door neighbor to the SRF church next door - So maybe once a year someone will leave a note at my front door or at the locked stairs gate at the beach up to my place.
So far no one has come up to me on my beach and said I am so n so from net - Expect Meowth will one day. But he is a desert rat n not so much likes Ocean a Blue.

The only threads I can remember taking action on in the past three months or so that weren't flamebaity troll threads were Bert threads. Every time he gets drunk he gets on and makes insane rambling posts threatening to do all sorts of horrible things, and making nonsensical, wild, pathetic claims. You don't see most of them because they get deleted. If Bert died tomorrow (we can only hope to be so lucky) the world would be a better place and I would be able to shirk my moderator duties like I want to. The reason Bert gets called out is because he is by far the worst offender, and he provides no value to the board because he is drunk 95% of his life.
We are very lax here when it comes to moderating. Posts have to be REALLY bad for us to lock or delete them. Because Internet threats is one thing and yes it's terrible but when a guy with the apparent reputation as Bert then how threatened can one be? Actually based on new laws in international and USA States - Many of the old threats are now very much illegal. Law could track him down and lock him up and I am not kidding.
