Drone strikes are still the best weapon against the innocent civilians of countries USAmerican is not at war with. The CIA and syntax probably briefed Drumpf on how they actually do their dirty work and to keep quiet. People might look into the fact that they are already killing the families of suspects

First off he's not "my guy". I in fact disagree with a lot of his policy positions. Rand Paul is more my guy but he's dropped out. That being said, I think Trump has the best (or least bad) foreign policy and really all of the candidates budget plans are pie in the sky. How many budgets has Obama passed, again? Whatever Trump or Rubio or Clinton comes up with will likewise not pass through Congress without tons of pork added on.

If you had read The Art of the Deal you would understand Trump's style. "We'll build a wall and make Mexico pay for it" is an opening offer. It's unreasonable by design. There will be back-and-forth and eventually we'll end up with something about the same as what we have currently. Remember how Obama was going to "change" things? What did we get? Dubya's foreign policy and Mitt Romney's healthcare plan.

Now, onto the topic of discussion:

Yes. This is what "Commander in Chief" means. This is what Obama is doing every day. Obama, Mr. Constitutional law professor, has a secret kill list with no legal justification. Barack Obama ordered the killing without due process of an American citizen. So Trump is hardly breaking ground here.

Hey I did take two full years at UCLA as Minor in law ya no - well it was limited to Tort law, so I am not so much up to speed on constitutional law - ALSO the very best thing I got out of the Two year law minor was to NEVER EVER NOT ONCE Trust my own Judgement on the Law and NEVER EVER NOT EVEN ONCE to allow my brain to go in2 gear on use of Common sense when trying to figure out the law.

In business life as well as personal I also find Attorneys who want me to pay for their new education on some element of the law - Becky can explain more better but I am not about to train a divorce attorney on need to understand what a CPA understands re Tax law - Bragging - Its how I outfoxed Gloria Allred long ago

I think a Trump presidency is necessary to realign the Republican party away from the fire-and-brimstone Jesus freak stuff, and also from the neocon invade the world policy. Especially the latter. The idea we can have a small government at home and police the world and invade every country abroad is just nuts.

This is what irritates me about the current political situation and why I support Trump. There's no difference between Republicans and Democrats on this. Hillary Clinton's top donor Haim Saban wants to "bomb the living daylights" out of Iran. Rubio/Cruz's top donors? The same. And yes this does matter. Trump is too rich to bribe. What other candidate can say that? Bernie is too principled to bribe and I really do like Bernie but I get the feeling his heart's not in it. He's tired and very low energy.

A Trump presidency will be exactly like a Reagan presidency. Government will grow every year but somehow people will think he slashed it. A Trump presidency is important psychologically. The tone is set at the top, whether it be a small business or a nation. And if the tone is "Make America Great Again!" it will work: not from any policy but just because of psychology.

Again: it does not matter. You will get the same policy whether Rubio or Clinton or Trump is in the White House. I like Trump because I hate the GOP and the Democratic party and he seems to have both their jimmies rustled pretty good. I don't expect Trump to be consistent in his policies or hold to any ideology. I read The Art of the Deal and I know Trump is a pragmatist and the only thing he cares about is big money and big deals. Everything else is subject to change and negotiable. I also really liked the Democratic party pre-Obama and I bet five seconds after after Trump is sworn in the Democrats remember their anti-war position as if awaking from a (8 year long) bad dream.

So to say "ah ha! Trump changed his tune on [hot button issue]" doesn't matter because, as Trump said "I don't know anyone successful who isn't flexible" and it's true.

I learned my lesson in 2008. I didn't vote for Obama, I voted for Bob Barr, Libertarian Party. But lots of friends did, with high expectations re:change and, well, no change yet. Obamacare could have been passed by Dubya or McCain or Romney (especially Romney, because he invented Obamacare). Can anyone tell me what Obama's done that Dubya hasn't or wouldn't have done? Oh, right, Keystone XL a pipeline that was redundant and wouldn't have been built anyway re: low oil prices. Much greener to ship that oil by rail, right?

To repeat: I don't expect Trump to hold to any ideology or anything. I bet Trump doesn't even care about foreigners taking our jobs (do you really expect the man with a Ukrainian wife and a clothing line made in China to be a staunch mercantilist?!) Trump will change his positions on everything and be more flexible than Gumby. Again the point is not policy wonkishness but psychology.

What matters is: 1) Democrats and Republicans hate Trump 2) Trump is not beholden to donors 3) Trump will set a high energy tone for America.

Yea it sure is. We usually fuck things up - I got to work on one program that kicked out Russia from Afghanistan and it was and went just super - Only to end up fucked up by US President at the very last week(s) We just do not seem to get it right EVER.

In theory because with Big Biz GOP tax breaks - Company makes more money and as with Pfizer, moves headquarters out of country or does the bulk of work offshore - It just does not Trickle down and Middle class gets burned each time.

San Diego area votes GOP - Rest of Cal votes strong Demo - Your Guy Trump says the Latinos love him and will vote for him. Same for Blacks. Hard to find them in the crowds that show up at rallies. Perhaps they er blend in?

CNN and IBD/TIPP Just super accurate for Election Results - Yet they do not get Silvers A+ rating because going back to Super Tuesday they were accurate but not spot on - Other polls got it more right at Super Tuesday and then not quite as much at the end.

There are fantastic accurate polls that are not publicly available - cost a fortune and that is where Nate and Sam Wang and a few others end up with numbers they share but only if you dig deep .

he also lies about how much he has personally spent and how he's spending his own money. first of all he takes private donations right on his website. as far as his personal money he has donated 250k of his own money and he has loaned around 20 million to his campaign. which means that the money is to be paid back, of course, and with (guess what) money collected form donations on his website of course. but, he keeps saying how he spent his own money! but, i guess this kind of thing should be expected from a man who claims he built his own wealth when he actually got a million bucks from his father. and, as he clearly points out about that money, it wasn't a gift, it was a loan. so he seems to think that a loan is only a gift when it suits the narrative that he's spending his own money on his campaign.

you're very stubbornly missing the point and building an elegant strawman there. Obama does not promote the killing of innocents and families, and as i said casualties of war are not the same things as victims of warcrimes. do you disagree that intention has something to do with it? innocents killed in drone strikes are not the same as innocents targeting for culling. does that not make sense to you? people who kill someone in a car accident aren't jailed for murder if it's an accident, but if you purposefully run someone off the road and they die you are culpable. there is a difference between targeting a child, and accidentally killing one. wouldn't you agree?

or do you just want to keep pretending that it doesn't matter if a child is murdered. and really, if someone disapprovse of Obamas use of drones, then how could they possibly not find trumps remarks about killing families flat-out offensive. Everyone who griefs obama over the drone program should be disgusted by trumps plans. but i guess civilian casualties only matter when it's the opposition party in power.

there is a difference between casualties of war and victims of war crimes. period.
