Oh god they dragged out Mitt Romney to stump the Trump? Why not get Jeb! and Dubya while you're at it?
Romney totally dropped the ball on what had to have been the easiest Republican victory since Carter left office. Obama's a very low energy guy but somehow magic underwear Mitt was even lower energy-er.
I keep pointing out using multiple sources that Trump is doing really well currently HOWEVER NOT as well as Romney at this point in time - One key reason of course - looking currently is that Romney locked in 50% Republican approval early on. Trump is currently at 37% which is the number based on: Adjusted for pollster quality, sample size and recency. http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/election-2016/national-primary-polls/republican/
Also General Election: Trump vs. Clinton Rasmussen Reports ("conservative-leaning polling group") Clinton 41, Trump 36 Clinton +5 bashed by Nate for bias leaning towards Republicans
Your guy Trump has gota find a way to break the 50% and catch up to Romney cause as you may remember Romney with even the more better numbers lost to Obama.

Yes, but who was Mitt running against? Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, and Rick Santorum. Everyone else dropped out by the end of February. Mitt was the establishment's man and so the GOP, Fox News, etc threw full support behind him.
The GOP dragging out Mittens to make his speech shows that they have no idea what the Trump phenomenon is about. Mitt Romney is the man Trump voters are voting against
It's like the Protestant Reformation. Martin Luther's supporters don't care what the pope has to say. The Vatican dragging out some old cardinal or bishop to make a speech won't sway Luther's supporters. They are done with Catholicism. It's not about "reforming" Catholicism they are done with it.

What if they dragged out Jesus to speak against Trump? Would that stop him?

Doubtful, Jesus' "give everything to the poor" and "turn the other cheek" talking points aren't popular in Republican circles.

In no way did I drag out Romney because of his rant yesterday morning against Trump.
Point was/is to show the point spread of a GOP vs Demo at this point in time - Apples vs Apples not Oranges. Its all about not who is in this race but who wins the Race.
For Trump to win he wood have to convert a lot of Demos to his side and do it without the necessary Black/Latino vote. In every current study Trump ends up with a ultra white looking group at his rallies - And if you want to see a pollster who is a well known Republican - Rassmunsen - His polls ALWAYS error on the side of making GOP look more better than it is - Poor rating on past polls - Look at his latest Poll showing Hillary who was behind Trump now in Front of Trump.

Again, put your money where your mouth is and go vote for Trump on June 7. He's just a clown right? Why not set Hillary up against the easiest opponent? If you can't answer this you either don't believe in Hillary or you fear Trump.
