Not a vowel in English, sorry.

I like the dipthong country people use when they say -oi sounds.

I am, in fact, a qualified, and, indeed, practicing, English teacher. Thanks.

Words beginning with vowels are preceded by the indefinite article "an", in English. This is why English speakers say, for example, "an historic occasion", "an hospital" and "an helicopter". The letter "H" is, therefore, properly classified, in actual fact, as a vowel. Thanks.

That doesn't make the letter H a voiced unrestricted flow of air like other vowels. It just means English speakers don't always pronounce the h.

Also, h.

You must pronounce "H" very strangely, if you consider that to be the case. English isn't your first language, is it?

Try to back up your opinion with facts, rather than resorting to personal insults. Thanks.
