It's only $35 more than where I live rn and I get to live alone and it's fucking huge for the price and there's an oven and a balcony and a fucking rooftop terrasse and it's exactly where I want to live and you can have cats!

Hey trip. I hope it's a good situation for you, just keep in mind that monthly costs can vary a lot based on everything from insulation to utility costs (I've lived in two bankrupt cities who tried to pay their debt down with extortionate water/sewer rates). Talking to current tenants is the best way to get an idea of cost.

Current tenant says she hasn't had to turn on the heat so far (and it was super cozy) so it came to about $20-30 c:
Current place gets pricy in the winter cause one of my roommates is Egyptian and super scared of the cold
