I'm not sure why you would buy this over the Oculus, assuming they have similar specs. The Oculus looks like it is vastly better built and it looks less like a toy than the Vive as well. It does ship with the Lighthouse and two motion controllers in the box which is nice.

when I was looking into it after the last thread about the oculus I'm pretty sure that I read something about it being wireless. that, and it was supposed to have better hand tracking or something. or that it has hand tracking at all?
