Slightly might not always be the right word. At least from our human perspective.
The last loop went very differently for Minichan. In that loop, Minichan quickly fizzled out after Jan stepped up and managed to largely reverse the exodus.
This proved to be a mistake in the long run. Without Minichan inspiring the idea of spinoff BBSs, GHOUL and Scatchan were never made. As a result, all of our timeloop's familiar shitposters flocked to Tinychan, largely taking it over.
I died in an unrelated gliding mishap around the time it was getting really bad, so I didn't see how it ultimately played out. But I do recall Jan had started implementing Kimmo-like restrictions, and that Autphag had set up some sort of compound.
