Some geezer decides twice to walk into the womens locker room and take a look at the young girls getting changed while he takes his top off. Staff tries to remove him but he cites new laws allowing people to chose the locker room of their choise based on how they "feel" There are no rules or criteria to say how you should display your chosen gender.

Everyone knew exactly this would happen. Now the "must be a dude in a dress" rule will come into effect, so guys that like to expose themselves to little girls right to do so is protected. But only if they wear a dress, and not shorts like this dude did.

(a) If another person expresses concern or discomfort about a person who uses a facility that is consistent with the person's gender expression or gender identity, the person expressing discomfort should be directed to a separate or gender-neutral facility, if available.
(b) Any action taken against a person who is using a restroom or other gender-segregated facility, such as removing a person, should be taken due to that person's actions or behavior while in the facility, and must be unrelated to gender expression or gender identity. The same standards of conduct and behavior must be consistently applied to all facility users, regardless of gender expression or gender identity.
(3) Provision of options encouraged. Whenever feasible, covered entities are encouraged to provide options for privacy, such as single-use gender-neutral bathrooms or private changing areas, that are available to any individual desiring privacy.

They do not have the opportunity to view woman nakkid in an intimate setting. I am sure someone with a psychology background will say I have over simplified my point of view.
Deal is - If the creeps just spent some time making money they could go to any one of a huge number of nude resorts and see all they want to see. And just a few miles south of me is a well known Nude Beach.

Without doubt bert drinks wayyyyy to much. Have known bert for over 15 years and cannot imagine that he wood use the wrong restroom. Hell I don't want some random girl walking into a public restroom when I am taking a piss. Has happened when girls end up drunk. Now IF the girl wants to use a urinal for sure its going to get some laffs. Deal is she is most likely to make a mess on the walls n floor.
With that I have a local party to go to where we are going to drink Champagne and eat buckets of shellfish and watch Trump entertain us on CNN
