Minichan does have a lax moderation policy. It's nice, in that you can have fun and "let loose" more than on mainstream forums. I mean I could (hypothetically) call another user any number of insults or slurs and such, and probably not be banned for that alone. Or I could just make lots of silly, nonsense posts. That sort of freedom is fun.
Though it's a double-edged sword, so to speak. When people like Autphag and Matt and Denmark guy are here, their steady stream of shitposts can become annoying and generally drive down the quality of the fora.

@previous (G)
It makes sense really. Like early humans tamed the Aurochs to become cattle and learned to milk them, we seek to tame new LOLcows in much the same way. We have captured a few in this manner in the wild and seek to tame them. Much like the taming and herding of cattle and lactose tolerance benefited our ancestors, we seek to make a new world out of the Internet. The herding and milking of LOLcows is the future of memes and the language in general. We are the new cowboys.

When they're less rowdy or there are fewer of them, they're very funny to have around. It's always funny seeing Autphag bring insulted for his nonsense, or Bert making a fool of himself.
But when Bert is wantonly threatening rape and violence, or Autphag is going into every topic trying to pick a fight, or Matt puts the schtick into overdrive, things can go too far and Minichan becomes less enjoyable. At least for me.
