Scalia was found wrapped in a giant copy of the constitution that he alone could decypher the meaning of. Anyone else was obviously wrong. It was a strong literal interpretation of a 200+ year old document that shouldn't be seen in a modern light. Because why the fuck would you do that?? I often feel like I'm a rebelling British colonial living on the frontier and not some guy in an urban center with a bustling population of over a few million with over-population problems and gang issues. Why would law actually change to reflect the problems we face?

Yeah, I feel like everyone has been trying to not laugh at the fact that he is dead and just say some restrained, complementary thing about him. (which is nice because it's kind of shit of to speak ill of the dead so soon) He did have principles and reasons for why he did the things he did. At the same time I feel like a lot of people can hardly resist the urge to shit on his memory in some way. (and, in some ways, I kind of think it deserves to be shat on)
Aside comment: I'm sorry for LOLing at your comment about him in that other thread Fake Anon. It just sounded like you were fishing for something nice say a little bit too hard, kind of like I was in the OP. :/
I think I'm just one of those people who had a love/hate relationship with his decisions. Mostly hate, but there was some love too, on occasions.
