Although Sel'sabagno has ears in production photos, ILM ultimately removed them and replaced them with antennapalps for the film because they considered it redundant for a character to have both antennae and ears. However, these ears were retconned back into canon in Star Wars: Attack of the Clones The Visual Dictionary.
