Yes I realize Obama gets to nominate the next one. Senate now controlled by Republicans gets to reject anything Obama nominates and you damn well know they will.

I admit I enjoyed his points of view EVEN when for the most part I was on the other side. He did fail to understand any other point of view on Constitution than his own.
Republicans are in a bind now. They can block any appoit Obama wants to make. Downside is the court on opinions will not have ONE ultra conservative vote. So they can lock up Obama and lock
themselves up as well.
