Actually it's much earlier than that for women, more like 18.
For men, it can be anywhere between 25-30 depending on population and ethnicity. East Asians take longer still, in both sexes.

Women should be mindful of their weaknesses, for example, before being inappropriately advised for something like engineering as opposed to law, which is not typical of intellectual talents within neurofemale profiles.
