uh.... you can certainly curate people's perceptions of you. you can control what they think but you can certainly influence their opinions. you could not act like a racist pervert and people wouldn't assume that about you, for example. do you think that everyone you meet is only as deep as their outward presentation? that would explain a lot about your perceptions of others, tbh.
