My seafood gourmand friend, whom I helped to source dolphin, for culinary use, whilst he was temporarily in USAmerica, has promised to return the favor by providing me with a large quantity of snapping turtle, also for culinary use! Fora, I cannot overstate how excited I am right now! I am literally salivating at the prospect of sampling this delicious shellfish!
