Every day I wake up telling myself, today is the day I will be a quality poster. But I can't stop myself from shitposting all of the time. I disappoint myself. Kookbait, Groundhog Day, Big Daddy Derek shit. Anonymous trolling. It has to stop but I don't know how to stop. Please help.

Spend at least five hours each Sunday laying out the topics you are going to make for the week. Start with one quality topic each weekday, and work your way up from there. It may take some time to get used to, but if you are truly dedicated to your craft, good things will result
