Well, last night on a whim, I decided to be ballsy. There is a local establishment in town that is frequented by the richest, most powerful people, has a great reputation, and also a fine restaurant. Well, I emailed the head of the entire organization with my resume, and old her that they really need someone like me. She forwarded it to the chef, and he wants to interview me.
