It scrolls with the page everywhere. They do that to make it seem like a stuck pixel. Moving the window itself reveals that it's part of the page, though.

At home it stays in place and looks like a dead pixel. On my mobile it does not sit still, but scrolls (so it's much harder to notice, and not at all annoying) is what i was trying to say. Fooled my desktop, bug my mobile is not a sucker.
