i post here to shill for video games, movies, tv shows and the space program. in fact, Star Citizen is doing a free fly this week. check it out! all you have to do is register for an account and download the game! and i saw the Revenant this week, great flick. leonardo dicaprio was brilliant, but the supporting cast were the real stars (that and the special effects team.) and don't forget to check out the Expanse on Syfy. it's one of the best science fiction shows in years and it's based off of a long running book series. the actors/costumes are awesome, the effects are movie quality and the sets are convincing and diverse. tonight they're having their 2 hour season 1 finale, so look for the full season on netflicks or even just pirate it. it's awesome.
anyway, i'm about to read a cool article about the new james webb telescope. they've just finished placing all of the mirrors and are preparing it for launch later in the year. it's like 3 times the size of hubble, it's huge, so it's going to be seeing in a resolution that will likely blow our socks off.
