i woke up late and went to work and a guy was trying to tell me about flat earthers and I thought he was trying to joke so I laughed but it turned out he was serious. he then went on to tell me about chemtrails and how private space firms aren't allowed in the USA (what?) and I'm just sitting there nodding after that it was bizarre. his reasoning was 'the sky was patchy white yesterday and blue today' it's so strange. I feel like he should take an astronomy class or something but they think science is a big misleading cult w/e
and I forgot to eat and I had to watch my coworker eat burgers and fries
And then I had a smoke and got way too hot and dropped my smoke and started sweating a whole lot until I was drenched and about to throw up so I'm sitting on the dog smelling floor dripping sweat with no shirt on and my coworker opens the door ajar and tosses in a dead rat snapped in a trap onto the floor and it lands a few feet away from me and I just say 'I don't feel well' so I go to the bathroom and take off my wet clothes and dry myself off with paper towels and I'm freezing cold afterwards but I feel mostly better and then on my way home some guys family runs a cross the street in front of me in the pitch dark in dark clothes and I'm going like 25 mph and the dad dude yells at me something to slow down and I'm like 'what' so I roll down my window and shout 'fuck u' he had like 2 kids with him seriously what the fuck why yell at me when u do that to yourself
i am sick of hicks and white trash and rude asses and mustaches

And I saw a psychiatrist yesterday and that also sucked
i just want pills to make me normal I don't need shit group therapy to share cheap methods for managing anxiety
and it cost me 30 bucks
they said that I 'deserve structure and support' and it made me feel bad but I can't put my finger on why
I felt the same way when everybody was too polite at the doc office the other day

I've been to the doc like three times but I wasn't ready to try ssri and they wouldn't prescribe me anything else and I was a teenager last time and I guess because I was a teen and haven't attempted suicide my shit isn't serious
