Icelandic news reported a while ago that a principal in a elementary school would be taking a sick leave for "severe" arguments regarding her and the teachers.
The arguments started within a year she (the principal) started working there.
The news won't say shit what it is even about and suspiciously some of the comments accused the teacher's of bullying.
While the latest reports claim parents have not been told anything in a conference by the school, yet the plan of teachers is to collect signatures for her resignation.
I think, she as a principal was trying to push for certain education that was unacceptable among teachers.
Probably some bullshit, like feminism.

The principal isn't a man, so all the woman teachers are able to bitch and moan and backstab her into resignation. Happens all the time... Don't try and put a woman from outside the group in charge, it doesn't work, she'll be torn down by some of the lowest, dirtiest, nastiest tactics you've ever seen outside of warfare.

i had an in-law that was a teacher and her school brought in a new assistant principal from another district and i shit you not my in-law said some shit like, "i should put drugs in her car and report her to the cops." of course it was just shit talk and obviously didn't try some cliche revenge tactic, but they openly discussed how she and other teachers were talking about manipulation tactics they could do. ultimately she said, "i just won't talk to her," and i'm thinking, "yeah... you're just going to try and freeze her out. real nice. bitch." women can be cruel evidently.
