booksshouldbefree.com which redirects to loyalbooks.com, has a bunch of audiobooks for public domain novels and I think they have almost every book that Google Play has for free.
I am currently following along in Alice in Wonderland and about to begin Chapter 7. There was a piece of dialog from the Cheshire Cat that made me have an epiphany. In the book, he tells Alice that essentially everyone in Wonderland is mad. This made me realize that Wonderland can serve as an analogy for the Internet (real Internet not Facebook but that is also included) and we as the users are Alice who entered the rabbit hole.
I want to start reading more of these public domain novels since a lot of them are classic stories I always heard about. I might re-visit Romeo and Juliet next or continue reading On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection. I still have plans to read the Discworld novels once I find a suitable collection of ebooks not in a format (mobi) that requires me to download another application to view.
