Find an ink refill that fits and put it in? How is that hard? The pen is just a holder for an ink cartridge.

Get another cheap ballpoint, take out the ink tube, and replace the tube in your non working pens w it?

some pens have a little ball of wax over the point, did you remove those?

Drop them in warm water then blow your nose. Should work once dried out

DON'T do that. Metal parts will overheat. Soaking in warm water used to work for me but that was so many years ago it was before any of you were born.
