One of my favorite dishes is a fried egg served on top of fried chicken on rice.

Yes. There is some controversy surrounding how healthy they are for you, but they seem to be a good source of protein and dietary fat. Despite their cholesterol content, some of that cholesterol is good cholesterol, and there's no clear evidence that the bad cholesterol raises bad cholesterol levels, especially with a healthy diet and exercise.
Yesterday I made a delicious omelet. I fried up about 7 pieces of bacon, drained most of the grease out of the pan, put the 7 pieces of bacon back in and then poured in 6 scrambled eggs. Folded the omelet in half and when it was done I covered it in smoke salmon. It was amazing. So yeah, I liked eggs.

In fact because I was in a super rush yesterday to make a super fast breakfast (healthy) I decided to see if I could scramble using Microwave oven.
First go round was a success and next time it will go even faster *I think* Eggs on Toast for sandwich on run. Need to look up official way to do it rite.

Look up "Keys" equation re Cholesterol. Been a while but as I remember it the KEY is low fat content. So I think if memory is correct, eggs are ok and I am very careful to control my Cholesterol as family trait is bad news unless. Very bad news. No one has died as result but for a few they may as well have.
6 eggs???? Me thinks that number may be over the top for multiple reasons and the added bacon? Say have you had your LDL's and HDL's and Triglycerides tested?
