I have been using Calisto MT for awhile now. It is a good system font. It's on Butterick's A-list.

The Calisto MT "g" is particularly malformed and out of proportion. You should avoid using that letter entirely

I will acknowledge that the italic set is entirely too narrow. But, that is easily solved by increasing the character spacing.
