In Scotland it's stupidly easy for the Courts to draw out an ISP monitoring request without there needing be neccessarily any basis in terroristic threat. Given most encrypted or networking work-arounds are now open-secrets, those will too be useless.
It has taught me to shut up, anyway. At least here, they can't legally prove without a doubt to anyone concerned that the entity known as a tripcode actually has connection to the legal fiction my name was borne.
