I've seen both Ozarka and Pure Life in local stores but I voted for Pure Life because that seems to be (slightly) the more prominent brand.
I've always wanted to try Poland Spring. Deer Park is the name of an industrial part of town here full of chemical plants and refineries so I kind of laugh at that one!

Is it possible Nestlé is playing the long game and trying to wean people off the regional brands like Poland Spring and Ozarka?? Like, I as a Texan may prefer Ozarka water but say I move to New York and which bottled water should I buy? Ozarka's not an option so I could pick anything. Of couse, Poland Spring is a Nestlé premium water with the taste and quality I've come to expect from Ozarka but how the fuck should I know this?
Now, if Nestlé gradually shifts everyone from their regional brand(s) to the Pure Life™ national brand it's a recipe for success. Now I can buy Pure Life in Texas and NYC and. lA and everywhere in between, cementing my loyalty to Nestlé.

Contract bottlers will bottle anything you want with whatever bottle, label and lid you want.The water game is about branding. Why do you buy this bottle of water instead of the other brand of water beside it etc? It's all water. I quoted a job at a bottled water plant and saw their wall of all the different labels and bottles they had filled. I never looked at my supermarket shelf of water the same again. It all came out of the same fucking factory.
