Yet they essentially created them when young people started having their own money back in the 1920's and 1930's.

This lead to companies and corporations marketing to the new demographic that had been created.

So it's your fault essentially, America!

on a somewhat related note: i've been watching mad men and while all the soap opera-ish love triangle stuff gets kind of old, i like when they actually talk about advertising.
