In a typical commercial break on American television, you can see commercial actors of every ethnicity, which is lovely - there are lots of different ethnicities in America - but there are no fat people which strikes me as strange considering that 33% of Americans are overweight and 35% are obese. Is this really diversity if you have the whole spectrum of skin color but only one body type?
