It's going to fuck everything up. McDonalds is supposed to be fast food — limited choices, simple preparation — and trying to walk each customer through the complicated ordering process and make a zillion different sandwich variations is going to slow it down to a crawl at lunchtime. McDonalds is getting desperate like a cornered, wounded, rat.
