See this nignog? He works in "sanitation" in the movie which basicly makes him a Stormtrooping janitor. However, in PC Germany they made him a Doctor!!

He was a janitor *when not on war-time*. Remember they all lived on a planet that is really a battleship, you're going to have lots of chores there. Makes sense the stormtroopers get trivial tasks when they're not needed for combat.
